Information clause regarding correspondence via the contact form

In accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (the so-called "GDPR"), we want to inform, that:

  2. The administrator has appointed a Data Protection Officer (DPO) who can be contacted at the following email address: iod@blinkee.city.
  3. The personal data provided by you in the contact form is processed for the following purposes:
    • handling of correspondence, answering correspondence received from you, including answering questions and providing information that you ask for;
    • further handling of correspondence with you and dealing with the matter with which you contact us;
    • possible determination, pursuit of claims or defense against claims.
  4. The legal basis for processing is the Administrator's legitimate interest in handling correspondence with you (Article 6 (1) (f) of the GDPR).
  5. The recipients of your personal data may be entities providing IT, legal, advisory, insurance services to the Administrator under relevant contracts and entities authorized to receive your personal data under applicable law.
  6. Your personal data will be stored until the completion of the Administrator's legitimate interests that constitute the basis for this processing or until you object to such processing.
  7. You have the right to: access to data content and request rectification, deletion, processing restrictions and the right to object to data processing.
  8. You also have the right to lodge a complaint to the President of the Office for Personal Data Protection, if you find that the processing of your personal data violates the provisions of the GDPR.
  9. Providing your personal data is voluntary, but necessary to correspond with you via the contact form.
  10. Your personal data will not be subjected to automated decision making, include profiling and will not be transferred outside the European Union or to international organizations.
