Yes, every moped has 2 helmets in the box.
To take a helmet out of the box, the moped has to be activated. Then, the box can be unlocked with a green button on the right-hand side under the throttle.
You can use your own helmet. However, remember that riding without a helmet is dangerous and illegal.
The lights of a moped and a scooter are always on – they are activated automatically when starting the vehicle. In the case of a moped, the user has the possibility to set the lights to full beam or low beam.
Before renting, after clicking the vehicle icon on the map, you will see its current range in kilometres. After the battery runs out, the vehicle will not stop suddenly, but it will gradually loose speed. Knowing the range of a vehicle, a user can ride a vehicle with low battery to another one that is fully charged.
After selecting “Stopover” option in the app, the vehicle will be switched off, but it will be constantly connected to the user’s account, so that it will not be rented by another person. The stopover cost is 9 grosz per minute.
Our scooters are fully electric, which means that the sound of an engine cannot be heard. If, after activating the vehicle in the app, the lights are on, the scooter is ready to go.
Our mopeds are fully electric, which means that the sound of an engine cannot be heard. If, after activating the vehicle in the app, the lights are on, the moped is ready to go.
The I, II and III switch is speed control gears. The D and R switches have no function (the buttons are not present in new Blinkee 2.0 models).
We have 1.2 kW and 3.1 kW mopeds in our fleet, but they both move at a maximum speed of 45 km/h, which is imposed by law.
Leaving the designated zone is allowed and the rental cost stays the same. However, before leaving the zone you need to remember to make sure that the vehicle’s range is enough for the planned route and the way back. You can finish using a vehicle only in the service zone. If the vehicle’s battery runs out outside the designated zone, the user is charged with costs of its transport back to the zone.
In such case, the vehicle will not turn off. In order to finish using it, log in to the application using another device or contact us using another person's phone.
