A moped can be parked anywhere in the service zone, which is visible on a map in the application and on our website. The service zone is an area marked green on the map.
According to traffic regulations, a vehicle can be left on a pavement if there is 1.5 m of a passageway and a distance of 15 m from a pedestrian crossing and a bus stop. Parking is not allowed in closed housing estates, in parks, under bridges and on flyovers. Within a housing estate, parking is allowed only in designated areas.
A scooter can be parked anywhere in the service zone, which is visible on a map in the application and on our website. The service zone is an area marked purple on the map. The vehicle may be left on the pavement if it does not hinder pedestrian traffic and in places intended for bicycle parking.Remember to park the scooter parallel to the road axis. Parking is not allowed in closed housing estates, private parkings, on bicycle paths, at entrances to buildings such as fire brigade headquarters or hospital.
You can ride a scooter on pavements, bicycle paths and roadways (max 20 km / h). You can also ride a scooter on the pavement - at a speed "close" to the speed of a pedestrian, giving way to pedestrians.
All mopeds are intended for 2 people (except for vehicles in Hungary).
A scooter can be used only by one person at a time.
Yes, every moped has 2 helmets in the box.
To take a helmet out of the box, the moped has to be activated. Then, the box can be unlocked with a green button on the right-hand side under the throttle.
You can use your own helmet. However, remember that riding without a helmet is dangerous and is also against the law. In addition, you will find hygiene caps in each storage, which you should put on before putting on the helmet.
The vehicle headlights are always on – they start automatically when the vehicle is started. For a moped, the rider has the choice of setting the headlights to high beam or low beam.
Before renting, after clicking the vehicle icon on the map, you will see its current range in kilometres. After the battery runs out, the vehicle will not stop suddenly, but it will gradually loose speed. Knowing the range of a vehicle, a user can ride a vehicle with low battery to another one that is fully charged.
After selecting “Stopover” option in the app, the vehicle will be switched off, but it will be constantly connected to the user’s account, so that it will not be rented by another person. The stopover cost is 9 grosz per minute.
Our scooters are fully electric, which means that the sound of an engine cannot be heard. If, after activating the vehicle in the app, the lights are on, the scooter is ready to go.
Our mopeds are fully electric, which means that the sound of an engine cannot be heard. If, after activating the vehicle in the app, the lights are on, the moped is ready to go.
The I, II and III switch is speed control gears. We recommend using the III gear while driving.
We have 1.2 kW and 3.1 kW mopeds in our fleet, but they both move at a maximum speed of 45 km/h, which is imposed by law.
Leaving the designated zone is allowed and the rental cost stays the same. However, before leaving the zone you need to remember to make sure that the vehicle’s range is enough for the planned route and the way back. Finishing the rental outside of the designated zone is possible, but is connected to additional fee. To know more please read the price list.
